Two Craft Shows at Fort Purbrook
Our Craft Shows at Fort Purbrook in April and November are staged inside this impressive, historic building so the weather is never a problem.
These two ever-popular Crafts Shows at Fort Purbrook will be returning in 2017, for their 25th Year and we have some very special plans for these shows. With two great events planned, our first in April (Easter weekend) and our second in November, we’ll be setting out to make them bigger and better than ever. We’re looking forward to seeing all our regular visitors and welcoming lots of new faces as well.
Visitors to these events will have a great opportunity to see what talented designers, craft-makers and specialist retailers have to offer in 2017. It’s a great chance to browse the stands and find some great products for your home, yourself or a gift for someone special. There’s a superb range of wonderful crafts and specialty foods. Enjoy watching some of our talented makers demonstrating and they’ll be on hand to talk to you about their craft and their latest creations.
If you’re looking for something a bit more personal, we have a selection of exhibitors who can personalise your gift or take bespoke orders. If you want to try your hand at something crafty, then why not have a go at one of the workshops, which will be running during each of these events. If that’s not enough, stay for some refreshments and take a tour of this fascinating Victorian Fort and it’s underground tunnels.
Our Crafts Shows at Fort Purbrook are staged inside this impressive, historic building so the weather is never a problem. Fort Purbrook is situated just a few minutes from the junction of the A3M and the A27, high on Portsdown Hill, overlooking the city of Portsmouth to the south and with a beautiful view of Southern Hampshire to the north. Less than an hour from the M25, half an hour from Southampton and fifteen minutes from Chichester and from Petersfield, this is an amazing setting, in a perfect location. What a wonderful way to spend a day out!
And don’t just take our word for it…
